Well it’s March and if you’re like most people, the New Year’s resolutions are starting to look a little neglected. The temptation to hit the snooze button instead of getting up for that morning workout is winning more often than not. Crazy family schedules mean you’re hitting the fast food drive-thru instead of cooking at home. And to heap on a little more guilt, March is National Nutrition Month®!

Of course we’re trying to get healthy right along with you, but we’ve been enjoying The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Timeline of Food Fads that showcases diet crazes through the years. Did you know that in 1928, the “Inuit Meat-and-Fat Diet” was all the rage? It recommended eating caribou, raw fish and whale blubber. Yes, we think we’ll stick to carrot sticks too!

Nutrition month means a one month you have to ate a nutrition food advised by Dietician or something else ?
