We have so much to celebrate this week in #ShelfLife:

1. The Opening Ceremony of the Olympics is today!
2. The National Park Service is celebrating its 100th birthday! Stop by the Cumming Library and sign our birthday card this weekend.
3. Forsyth County students will get a little extra help with their social studies homework this year, thanks to the FCPL Friends & Advocates, who donated two complete sets of Capstone Press books detailing all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Colombia.

To celebrate the 100th birthday of the National Park Service, Georgia Public Library Service and seven Georgia parks formed a “Find Your Park at Your Library” partnership. As part of the partnership, FCPL received 26 new titles for our Reference collection relating to the seven parks and the birthday celebration of all national parks.
