The life of a ten-year-old boy in rural Virginia expands when he becomes friends with a newcomer and they build their own imaginary world which they name Terabithia. A tragic accident introduces young readers to loss and coping with grief. Using books as our building materials, we will figure out how to build weight bearing bridges and we will brainstorm ideas for creating our own magical world. The STEAM Rollers book club for children in grades 3-6 will be at the Cumming Library on Thursday, August 18 at 4:00 p.m.
