A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman

A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman tells the story of an honest-to-a-fault curmudgeon you won't soon forget. Strict principles prevent Ove from giving false compliments and he's sure he can tell the character of a person by the type of car they drive. Each morning Ove performs an inspection of his neighborhood and makes note of anything out of place.

Ove finds more to complain about when a moving van runs over his mailbox. His frustrations (and the frustrations he brings to others) are revealed in an unforgettable story that generates plenty of laughter and more than a few tears.

Please join us at the Sharon Forks Library for Book Chat on Wednesday, April 19th at 2:00 p.m. to discuss A Man Called Ove.
