Chatterbooks is a book club designed for children in grades K-2 that incorporates a story, book discussion and a craft. This month’s book is The Camping Trip That Changed America by Barb Rosenstock.
This is a true story about two men who shared the same passion, the great outdoors. Join us as we learn about John Muir, a famous naturalist, and his camping trip with President Theodore Roosevelt. Who knew that a California camping trip between these two men would lead to the national parks system? Please register to Chatterbooks on February 25th at 4:00 p.m. at the Cumming Library.
