Forsyth County Public Library and Meals by Grace are working with Forsyth County Schools and FCPL Friends & Advocates to prevent the "summer slide," a loss of reading skills during the summer break.
You can help.
Please consider donating the following types of books at any FCPL branch:
- New board books for infants and toddlers
- New picture books for preschoolers and elementary-aged children
- New early chapter books for elementary-aged children
- New fiction and nonfiction books for middle school students
- New fiction and nonfiction books for young adults
All donated books will be delivered directly to families served by Meals by Grace at the beginning of the summer.
