FCPL eResources The New York Times

Want to stay updated on the go? FCPL library cards grant patrons free access to The New York Times wherever they are.  The Using New York Times Outside the Library will generate a code you can use for immediate access. Use your Google, Facebook, Apple or email account to log in.

Through the site patrons can find book reviews, style advice,  podcasts and cooking recipes. A  brief summary of the day’s biggest news appears on the front page for those who have a 'hustle and bustle' lifestyle. The New York Times also keeps an extensive archive of previous articles in their databases. By using the search bar you can find articles from several years ago. NYT archives can be especially helpful when conducting genealogy work or doing research on historical events. It's an entertaining way to pass the time by taking a quick trip to the past.

The site also offers hours upon hours of short documentary-style videos covering a wide variety of topics, making it even easier to stay informed.

Explore all the eResources on FCPL's website to find a plethora of databases at your disposal!
