Listen In and Sleep Well: Audiobook Recommendations for a Good Night's Sleep

Studies show that settling down with a book can contribute to a better night's sleep. Instead of holding a heavy tome or trying to find just the right amount of light without waking anyone else, try listening to an audiobook. Here is a short list of recommendations to help you drift off to dream land. Many of these titles can be downloaded from the Libby app, which has a convenient sleep function that you can set to automatically stop after a designated amount of time.
