Chatterbooks Book Club for Grades K - 2 to Read Dream Something Big

Chatterbooks is a book club designed for children in grades K-2 that incorporates a story, book discussion and a craft.

Dream Something Big: The Story of the Watts Towers by Dianna Hutts Aston is this month’s selection.

Using only the simplest of materials - cement, rebar, broken tiles, shells and other found items - Simon Rodia created a nearly hundred foot tall tower in his California neighborhood. Come explore this world of big dreams through the eyes of his young neighbor.

Children do not need to read the book prior to the program. Chatterbooks will meet on Thrusday, February 23, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Cumming Library. No registration required.
