Programs for Middle and High School Students
Whether applying for jobs or interviewing for college scholarships, being able to speak in public is a necessary - but often scary! - skill to master. Being a confident public speaker can help teens stand out from the crowd and the internationally renowned Toastmasters organization offers this workshop to a select group of middle and high school students at the Cumming and Post Road Libraries beginning this month.
Teens will practice speaking and listening skills in a positive environment and receive coaching from experienced speakers. By the end of the workshop, teens will be able to speak to groups or individuals with confidence and poise.
