A pet-loving princess finds and helps animals in trouble--even if it's against the rules of being royal! "A royal palace is no place for pets, Beatrice!" says her father, King George. But Princess Bea loves animals and is not going to let a royal rule stop her from helping every animal she finds. When Bea goes to visit her cousins at the wintery Peruva Castle, she finds a cold and hungry reindeer hiding in the snow. But with the whole castle abuzz with party preparations, will Bea be able to keep the little deer safe until she can find its family?

by Kyla May

by Andres Miedoso

by Christina Soontornvat

Diary, it's time to snow big or go home. Claudia is coming up to the clouds for a sleepover! I've spent the night at Claudia's house before, and it's the best thing on earth (or in the sky): trampolines, pizza and staying up late! That's a lot to live up to, Diary. Fortunately, I have the perfect sleepover planned. There's just one small snowball of a problem: Great-aunt Eastia is visiting. She loves me, but she has some definite opinions on Proper Princess Behavior. Gulp. I can't let her put the freeze on my big night

But for centuries song weavers have been the subject of suspicion--how can those who hold so much power be trusted? Ever since his parents were lost on a pathfinding expedition, Ash has spent his life as an outcast. As a budding song weaver, his village marked him as a potential threat, even though all he wants to do is protect them. Eager to find his place in the world, he and his cantankerous yeti caretaker seek passage on the Frostheart: a ship-like sleigh whose mission is to explore faraway lands. There he meets a fast-talking, spunky navigator, a walrus captain with a peg leg who runs a tight sleigh, and a mysterious traveler who encourages him to hone his song. But can Ash's song weaving save the Frostheart from the monsters hiding under the ice? Or will his untamed powers put his newfound friends in jeopardy?
