FCPL Reads 2022 - January Reading Goal

Are you ready to get started on FCPL Reads 2022? Here's the first reading goal to inspire you to Read Something New (to You!) in 2022!

The reading goal for January is to read a book to start your new year!

Feel like reading a mystery? That works! Want to cozy up and read your favorite for the 15th time? That works too! Want to grab a new release from a display at one of our libraries? Yup! That definitely works!

Not sure where to start? Check out our curated book lists for adultsteens, and kids or ask your librarian to recommend a title. We’ll provide reading lists of suggested titles for each month’s goal (April - December coming soon!) or ask a librarian for a book recommendation.

Want to know what we're reading? Stephani, Youth Specialist at Sharon Forks Library, finished bingewatching The Witcher on Netflix and is continuing the adventure by reading The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski.

You can find the other reading goals on our website. New this year: we’ve created a two-sided paper tracker (including a cute coloring page!) you can print out to help you follow along and log your reading. You can also register for this program in Beanstack and track your reading goals online.

Tell us what you're reading in the comments below or tag us on social media with the hashtags #FCPLreads2022 and #WeKnowBooks.

Happy Reading!
